Return and Exchange Conditions Return period: The customer has the right to return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Original condition: The product must be in its original condition, inside its packaging, with all accessories or attached gifts. Assembled or used products: Not accepted for return or exchange. Damaged or defective products: If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, the store bears the full cost of the return. Returns for other reasons (change of mind/not wanted): The customer bears the shipping costs both ways. 2. Return and Exchange Procedures Purchase invoice: Must be attached when submitting the return request. Return period: The process of receiving and inspecting the product takes between 7 – 10 working days. Product inspection: The condition of the product is verified within 1 – 5 working days after receipt. Refund: The amount is refunded within 14 working days via bank transfer or the same payment method used. 3. Exceptions to the Return Policy Products damaged due to misuse. Products with data different from the invoice (such as serial number or color). Products not returned in their original box or packaging. Personal care products, sanitary tools, or electrical appliances after use. Discounted products or those valued below 50 Riyals, where the customer is compensated with a discount coupon for store use instead of cash refund. 4. Important Notes You will be updated on the status of your return or exchange via email and SMS. In case of special offers or products within "End of Season Sale," they may not be covered by the return policy. The store has the right to issue a purchase voucher as an alternative in some cases. 5.
